Community Yin + Sound Bath (Donation Based, First Thursday of Every Month)
First Thursday of the Month | 9-10am
Settle into a nourishing community space designed to help you unwind, soften, and reconnect from the inside out. This monthly offering blends the deep stillness of Yin Yoga with a soothing sound bath at the end — creating a restorative experience for your body, mind, and spirit. Through long-held, supported Yin postures, you’ll gently open the body’s deeper layers, release built-up tension, and invite ease into your system. As class concludes, you’ll transition into a calming sound bath that quiets the mind, awakens subtle energy, and guides you into profound relaxation.
