Owner, Reiki, Yoga Practitioner & Commercial Insurance Agent

Welcome! I’m Claire Valdez, the heart of Clarity Meditation & Yoga Studio.

My journey into meditation, yoga & Reiki was born from a place of resilience and self-discovery. Through these practices, I forged a path to heal and thrive after overcoming significant challenges. This journey led me to discover an inner strength and a renewed sense of purpose, which in turn empowered me to create Clarity Meditation & Yoga Studio. My dream is to create a nurturing haven of community, where individuals can embark on journeys of self-discovery, healing and holistic well-being.

I aspire to support my students, leading them not only in physical practice but also in attaining spiritual and emotional harmony.

I am both honored and humbled to embark on this transformative path with you at Clarity Meditation & Yoga Studio. I hold a firm belief that we are all each other’s teachers.

Dr. Ali Morgan, DC

Yoga Practitioner, Chiropractor, Media Marketing Specialist

I found yoga during Chiropractic school and fell in love with the concept of movement as medicine, both for our physical bodies and our spiritual wellbeing.

By tapping back into our breath and cultivating a place of ease we create a space we can come back to in times of stress and struggle.

When you live in this space more the world is more kind and compassionate - I feel lucky to be able to help facilitate YOU reaching that space.

Katie Casados

Over the years, I have become passionate about yoga as a moving meditation and discovered that it can be so much more than exercise. I learned how accessible it can be. At any stage in life, it can be whatever you need it to be. Yoga can be powerful and challenging. It can be calm and restorative and anything in between. It is such a great approach to wellness for the body, mind and soul. What is learned in yoga can be used in life. It is continuous growth on a path to balance, wellness, and peace. As a teacher, I have the opportunity to help others along this path as we grow together.

Yoga Practitioner

Dr. Leah Spigelman

Dr. Leah Spigelman is a licensed clinical psychologist who listens not only to the intelligences of mind and body, but to the quiet language of the soul. Leah’s path is shaped by years of practicing energy healing and by the sacred rhythms she tends in her own life—yoga that softens, meditation that steadies, creation that opens, tarot that whispers, and communion with nature that remembers. Her work in is an invitation: to return to ourselves, to one another, and to the unseen threads that bind us. Leah believes healing is a communal ritual, a weaving of many hearts—because we transform most deeply when we do not walk the path alone.
